Job Title: Broadband Technician I
Location: Alamogordo, NM
Performs basic installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers for cable television and train in high speed internet services. Perform basic troubleshooting from tap to customer’s electronic devices (TV, Modem, etc.).

Job Title: Telephone Technical Specialist or Broadband Technician IV
Location: Alamogordo, NM
Reports to: GM dotted line to Corporate VP of Data Services
Creating/Enhancing the deployment of Telephony related Installation & Service Procedures, Standards, Tools, Materials and Metric Reporting throughout the region.
Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma Required. Must be able to meet Company Vehicle Safety requirements. Excellent personal computer skills and experience with office software applications. Travel Required up to 50%. Knowledge of telephone billing systems a plus. NCTI Certifications (Installation/Service/Broadband Tech) or Equivalent Required. Related Work Experience: 5 years of Telecommunications related experience. 2 years of Telecommunications Field related experience.

Job Title: Direct Sales Representative (Several Positions)
Location: Ruidoso, NM
Direct Sales Representatives are responsible for adding incremental sales as well as act as an additional marketing and merchandising source in an effort to increase the subscriber base for Baja Broadband.
