Steve Delgado
Chief Operating OfficerSteve Delgado has more than 20 years of experience in the cable television industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President/Corporate Officer at Adelphia Communications, the 5th largest cable TV company in the U.S. As VP for Adelphia’s Western region, he managed all operations including customer care, technical operations, marketing, sales, and public/government affairs for 19 cable television systems with 280,000 customers across 9 Western states.
Previously, he served as Vice President – Operations/Marketing for Century Communications/Adelphia Communications. In this position he managed all marketing, sales, public affairs, customer communications and operations for 28 cable television systems with 331,000 customers. He provided management oversight of a 250 employee inbound call center serving more than 750,000 customers, as well as an outbound telemarketing center and in-house ad sales operations. His prior experience in the cable industry includes marketing management, programming negotiations and government relations.
