Your new Baja Broadband Online Bill Pay portal is now available

Please review the below information before proceeding to the bill pay portal

Effective April 14th, 2014, Baja Broadband has migrated to a new billing system. This new system offers several enhancements to improve the overall experience of our customers, including a cleaner, easy-to-read billing statement

How to read your new bill

To help ensure a smooth transition for all Baja Broadband customers, this page provides detailed information on what to expect, and the steps you may take in order to fully enjoy the benefits of the new system.  For your convenience, information has been organized by payment method, so you may click one of the below links to jump to the section relevant to you.

Automatic recurring payment with online statement

If you are currently set up for automatic recurring payments, your payment information will be securely migrated into the new system by April 14th, 2014 and your automatic payments will continue uninterrupted. However, please note the following:

1. Your payment will now be collected on the statement due date. Previously, payments were collected 2 days after the statement was issued. With this change, you will now have more time (25 days) to access and review your statement prior to payment. You will also have the peace-of-mind of knowing exactly when your payment will be collected.

2. You will receive a new Baja Broadband account number. A new account number will be issued to all Baja Broadband customers with the first bill statement generated post-migration.

3. You will need to re-register to view your statement online. Because we are moving to a new system, the web portal previously used to access statements and make payments online will be deactivated on March 31. The first statement you receive from the new system will be a paper statement sent by mail, so please do not discard! When you receive the statement you can go online to www.bajabroadband.com/paybill and register for electronic statement notification using the new account number provided. Once registered, you will begin receiving email notifications each time a new statement is available for review.

4. You’ll enjoy a much-improved online statement format. With the new billing system, online statements will be formatted to look much like the paper statement for an easier-to-follow experience.
